Can I really get FREE diabetic supplies?

Yes, you can. If you have Medicare, you can receive your diabetes supplies at no cost. If you don't have Medicare, we will work with you to find out if your insurance will cover as much as 100% of the cost of your diabetes test strips. We will handle all the research and paperwork necessary so you can get the full benefits of our services and, best of all, we will pay for the cost of shipping and handling. How does the program work?

Upon receipt and verification of private insurance or Medicare diabetic benefits, Support Plus Medical will contact you to let you know if our diabetic medical supply company works with your insurance plan and if there will be any cost to you. Please note: since we are a provider with most insurance plans, the majority of our patients have no out of pocket expenses at all! Upon receipt of the completed Medical Authorization form and the Physician's Order from your doctor we will ship your first 90-day supply to your home. Following, Support Plus Medical will contact you once every 90 days to discuss your diabetic medical supply needs before shipping your next order. We provide personalized customer service to those with diabetes and reduce the costs to buy diabetic supplies. Help is always there when you need it. We ensure your complete satisfaction.

  • Simply Complete our Online Application, which includes the Medical Authorization; OR
  • Print and mail a Patient Application and Medical Authorization; OR
  • Call us at to provide your information over the phone.

Do you have the meter that was just given to me by my doctor?

Can I get a better meter or the meter I just saw on TV?

What if I lose or break my meter?

If you lose or break your meter, we will replace it at no additional charge. We will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are able to continue testing.

Will there be any insurance claims forms to fill out?

No, we will bill your insurance company on your behalf. We take care of all the paperwork with your insurance company so you don't have to.
